Managing Your eTickets
To manage your eTickets:
Step 1 In the Support page, click My eTickets.
a Click My eTickets to see the tickets for the logged-in user.
b Click All eTickets for <name of account> to see all eTickets for the account to which the logged-in user belongs.
Step 2 Click the number or name of an eTicket to view and manage that ticket.
