Finding and Updating a Merchant Account
The Find Merchant feature enables you to view and edit your merchants’ payment gateway accounts.

If the merchant you are searching for is not listed in the top 25 results, you must perform another search using either different criteria (Payment Gateway ID, Name, User Login ID, Reference ID) or a different key word.
To view and update information for an existing merchant account:
Step 1 From the Tools menu, click Find Merchant. The Find Merchants page is displayed.
Step 2 From the drop-down list, choose the search criteria you want to use to find the merchant:
Name
User ID
Gateway ID
Reference ID
Sales Representative ID
Not Active
Step 3 If required, enter the value for the search criteria.
If you choose to search for a merchant by User ID, you must enter the full User ID. The Reseller Interface does not allow partial User Login IDs or wild cards. To perform a search on any of the other fields, however, you can enter partial data. For example, if you choose Reference ID and enter 8 in the value box, all merchants with an 8 anywhere in their Reference ID will be listed.
Step 4 Click the magnifying glass icon. The top 25 matched results for your search appear. If the merchant you are searching for is not listed in the search results, you can perform another search using one of the other criteria.
Step 5 Click the desired merchant’s Gateway ID to open their account. The View Merchant page appears.
