Downloading a Report
Step 1 Choose the report you want to download from the Available Reports drop-down list.
Step 2 Click the report name for a complete and ordered list of the fields contained in the report. For a list of reports, see the List of Reports.
Step 3 If required, choose the appropriate month from the Month drop-down list. (This drop-down list appears only for certain reports.)
Step 4 If required, choose the appropriate year from the Year drop-down list. (This drop-down list appears only for certain reports.)
Step 5 Click Download. The File Download window appears, prompting you to open or save your file.

If no information is available for the selected report and time frame, the Reseller Interface reports that no records were found.
Step 6 Click Save to save the report to your computer, click Open to view the file immediately, or click Cancel to cancel the action.

If you open the file immediately, be sure to save it to the appropriate location on your computer or network when you have finished reviewing it.
Step 7 If you clicked Save, the Save As window opens, allowing you to enter or choose a location on your computer or network to which the file should be saved.
Step 8 Enter a name for the download file.
Step 9 Click Save. The Download Complete window opens.
Step 10 Click Close to close the window, or click Open to view the file.
 
Downloaded information is imported into database and spreadsheet programs in a tab-delimited format.

For data security, all sensitive information, such as credit card numbers and expiration dates, is masked in the download file.
Below is an example of how tier-based fees are listed in a downloaded report for tiered pricing structures:
Cumulative tier | ($0-$1000: 1.75%) ($1001-$2500: 1.50%) ($2501-$5000: 1.25%) ($5001 or more: 1.00%)

Amounts in Reseller Interface reports are populated so that amounts owed to Authorize.Net are shown as a positive amount (for example, 20.05), and amounts owed to the merchant are shown as negative (for example, -20.05).
