Creating an eTicket
An eTicket enables you to contact our Customer Support department about a problem, and track it through to completion.
To create an eTicket:
Step 1 In the Support page, click Create Helpdesk eTicket.You are redirected to the Authorize.Net Customer Support website.
Step 2 In the upper-right corner of the page, click Sign In.
Step 3 Click Create Ticket.
Step 4 Enter the problem summary and description and click Next.
Step 5 Review possible answers. If one of them solves your problem, click Yes - Close eTicket. If not, click No - Submit eTicket to create the ticket.
